REYNOLDSVILLE, Pa. — Jefferson County has been hit hard by unemployment, and more job loss is on the way. Niagara Cutter, the largest employer in Reynoldsville, had a round of layoffs at the plant several months ago. Now, several more workers have lost their jobs.
