Budget Cuts May Cause Layoffs in County (FOX 26 Houston)
No layoffs and no changes in county services–yet. Harris County Commissioners met Tuesday morning to balance the budget, and now, one department is warning employees that its budget cuts mean layoffs are around the corner.
