Giant Food to keep union jobs at distribution plant
Grocery had contemplated layoff at it outsourced dry goods facility Giant Food, the region’s largest grocery chain, will not lay off any unionized workers at its dry goods distribution business when it outsources the work to a Jessup firm later this year.
