Harley looks at KC for a second plant (The Kansas City Star)

Weeks after announcing a big layoff, Harley-Davidson Inc. is looking at building a second manufacturing plant in Kansas City. Harley officials met Thursday in Kansas City with city and economic development officials about possibly locating a second plant in the Northland, according to officials at the company and in Kansas City.
