Hingham budget woes take full-day kindergarten off the table again; layoffs coming (The Patriot Ledger)

Hingham schools will have their first teacher layoffs since the early nineties next year because of budget woes. A ten-year dream for full-day kindergarten has been scratched, and a $1.6 million override is needed to open a fourth elementary school.
