Judge refuses to halt layoffs of state workers (YourWestValley.com)
A judge refused Monday to stop further state layoffs. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Andrew Klein said he heard nothing during the hearing to entitle the Service Employees International Union to an immediate restraining order against the state.
