Kabot seeking salary freezes to avoid layoffs (The Southampton Press & The East Hampton Press)
Southampton Town Supervisor Linda Kabot is seeking a freeze on employee salaries next year in an effort to avoid layoffs as she seeks to cut town spending, Town Comptroller Tamara Wright said Friday.
