Lawsuit seeks to stop temporary layoffs of state engineers (Wisconsin State Journal)
A labor union representing about 1,100 state engineers is asking a court to halt temporary layoffs of its members being done as part of a money-saving measure, alleging that the state is trying to discourage them from seeking unemployment compensation.
