Layoff notices delivered to 49 BNRC staff (Brampton Guardian)

BRAMPTON - Unless the feds make a commitment to renew funding to the Brampton Neighbourhood Resource Centre, 49 workers will be out of a job. Federally funded staff at BNRC were handed layoff notices this morning — less than a week after the same employees experienced a 14-day interruption in wages.
