Layoffs Averted for Warren City Workers (WKBN 27 Youngstown)

Just one week ago it looked like as many as 13 employees could lose their jobs. But it was good news at Tuesday’s City Council finance committee meeting: the new year in Warren won’t start off with layoffs.
