Layoffs Averted (WKBN 27 Youngstown)

The city of Youngstown has a balanced budget now in place for the year with no layoffs in the area of safety services. A $2.5 million gap was plugged with help from the municipal courts, which gave back $500,000 it had requested in its budget.
