Layoffs could flatten Wichita home prices (The Wichita Eagle)
Wichita home prices rose 2.39 percent year over year in the first quarter of 2009, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency. But analysts and brokers expect that number to flatten as continued aviation layoffs weaken the local economy.
