More layoff notices on the way (Vallejo Times-Herald)

BENICIA — School board members have voted to send layoff notices to the equivalent of about 24 full-time non-teaching employees.The move comes as officials try to close a $1.2 million to $2.7 million budget deficit projected for next school year.
