MUSD to issue 114 layoff notices (Madera Tribune)
Pleas from students, parents, teachers and other community members were of little avail during Madera Unified School District’s board meeting, as trustees moved forward in issuing layoff notices to 114 full-time teachers and administrators, and closing Dixieland Elementary School.
