NASD carries out nearly half of maximum permitted NESPA layoffs (The Times Herald)

WEST NORRITON — Officials at the Norristown Area School District have laid off 16 support workers represented by the Norristown Education Support Personnel Association (NESPA) since the school board authorized up to 38 layoffs on Feb. 3.
