Pa.’s Channellock looking to voluntary layoffs (WFMJ Youngstown)
MEADVILLE, Pa. (AP) - A northwestern Pennsylvania company best known for its locking pliers and other hand tools is hoping up to 25 workers will accept voluntary layoffs so it won’t have to forcibly cut staff.
