Perry trying to minimize layoffs in Wise schools (Kingsport Times-News)

WISE — The second year of a retirement incentive and making funding cuts wherever possible will keep layoffs to a minimum in the Wise County school division next fiscal year, School Superintendent Jeff Perry said Tuesday.
