Proposed city budget includes more layoffs (Easy Reader)

City Manager Bill Workman has released his proposed budget for the next fiscal year, one that balances the city’s books through a combination of layoffs, salary reductions, service cuts, postponed capital improvements and a minor assortment of increased fees.
