UC Riverside employees to get “temporary layoff” notices to close budget gap (The Press-Enterprise)
Nine hundred UC Riverside union employees will receive notices this week forcing them to take unpaid days off that university officials say will help close a $51 million budget gap, UCR Chancellor Timothy P. White said Wednesday.
